General Tutorials
Forwarding your Gmail to Outlook (rt 2:08)All faculty have access to a Gmail account along with Google Drive (Docs). Most teachers choose not to use this email since we already have our primary email from the district. It is important to set up your Gmail account so that it forwards emails to your district email account. Students will often send email to your Gmail account because it is what pops up on the student's Gmail account when they are composing a message. The process is simple and should take you little time.

Join Me: Inter-Building Communication (rt 7:37)
Join Me is a program that allows individuals to share information visually LIVE so that there can be interaction among the group members. This is a great way to host a PLC meeting between buildings without having to travel to the other site. In this program you can share files, text messages, as well as set up a voice dialogue to speak to all members online.

Creating Favorite Tabs on Your Browser
This is a great way to have all of the important websites (Email, Campus, TeacherSites log-in, and more) ready for you at the click of the button. No more sifting through the district page in order to get where you need. This is an easy way to save time every day!
